1. Order Processing Time
At Sulnova, we carefully inspect and prepare each order to ensure top quality. Please allow
3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation
email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Our products are shipped from our trusted international and local partners to ensure you
get the best value and quality. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or
external factors beyond our control. You’ll always be able to track your order once it’s
shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking
updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.
4. Customs & Import Fees
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs fees or
import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as Sulnova has no control
over local customs policies.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
supp.sulnova@gmail.com with your order details. We will do our best to resolve the issue
quickly, either by reshipping or offering a replacement/refund, depending on the situation.
6. Address Changes
You can request a shipping address change within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the
item is shipped, we cannot modify the destination address.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after purchase. Orders
that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
